Stayed here with my family for a wedding. From the moment we pulled up it was nothing short of spectacular. The valet was courteous and very efficient even though they couldn’t find my keys some times but they were exceptionally good and I tipped them for it. The customer service was great at the front and friendly. Housekeeping did take over an 1hr to bring me a microwave and extra towels but other than that they were great. I will rate them very high. The restaurant in the lobby was descent the one down status not so much she was very rude but that shouldn’t affect the hotel. Definitely worth the stay

The staff was amazing. They were all very sweet and made it such a welcoming environment. Front desk deserves kuddos for sure! They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Housekeeping also. The rooms were so clean and the staff were so nice and accommodating. Seriously, both of those departments were top shelf, and I would come back just because of how awesome the staff was. I hope they get a little appreciation from this. Thank you for being awesome.

The location is perfect. We loved the river view and city at night. The location is very close to a ton of nice restaurants and shops.

The staff were exceptional. Very helpful, they greeted you with a smile, and made you feel so welcomed. I will most definitely stay here again, without hesitation I recommend all to stay here. The rooms were very reasonable, clean, and cozy. The area where it is located is so beautiful, this hotel is phenomenal. Make your reservation today.

Favorite part was the staff. My girlfriend and I visited for her birthday weekend. When we checked in, we were upgraded to a suite overlooking the boardwalk and they sent up a bottle of champagne and cake (complimentary). The following day I coordinated to have the gift with a bottle of wine brought to the room while we were out as a surprise. They perfectly staged everything. The proximity to food and drink was perfect for a relaxing staycation.

Omni was more beautiful than I expected it to be. It was very nice and I loved it. I enjoyed the pool area and the room that we had. We got on the paddle boats n that was also nice $55 for 50 minutes. The bar food was very good n also the drinks.

The great location was chosen by the conference I attended. The comfortable bed and bedding. The people and food. Was on the upper floors.

The facilities, staff, service, and amenities are top-notch - everything one would expect from an Omni. Views and location are fantastic, with guests able to walk by the river, sit by a bonfire in the evenings, and look at the water.
